On its seventh day (Thursday, July 16), the film added an estimated Rs 6.17 crore net to its India total, bringing its remarkable first-week net collection to Rs 99.09 crore, which translates to a gross of Rs 116.92 crore. This performance puts the film on the verge of crossing the coveted Rs 100 crore net milestone, a feat it is expected to achieve comfortably during its second weekend.
This Day 7 collection, while representing an expected dip from the previous day, comes from over 11,000 shows and shows the film's staying power despite mixed critical reviews. The comedy's success is being credited to positive word-of-mouth, particularly among family audiences, and its nostalgic appeal has helped it outperform several recent Bollywood releases, with its first-week collection surpassing the lifetime or opening-week earnings of nearly 30 films.
Directed by Indra Kumar, 'Dhamaal 4' brings back the beloved comic ensemble of Ajay Devgn as Guddu Rastogi, Riteish Deshmukh as Deshbandhu "Lallan" Roy, Arshad Warsi as Aditya "Adi" Srivastav, and Jaaved Jaaferi as Manav Srivastav. Overseas, 'Dhamaal 4' added Rs 1 crore on Day 7, taking its international gross to Rs 18.25 crore, and pushing its worldwide gross collection to Rs 132.74 crore. The film has already surpassed the opening week collection of Akshay Kumar's Welcome To The Jungle (Rs 95.68 crore) and now ranks as the third-highest opening week for a Bollywood film in 2026. Its first-week total is also higher than its predecessor, Total Dhamaal, which had collected Rs 94.55 crore in its opening week and went on to earn Rs 154.23 crore lifetime.
As the film enters its second weekend, it faces new competition from Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey at major multiplexes.
