Nagabandham Box Office Collection Day 19: The Secret Treasure Continues Its Dismal Run, Lifetime Below ₹21 Crore
Virat Karrna and Nabha Natesh's mythological fantasy 'Nagabandham' continues its disastrous box office run, collecting a mere ₹0.70 crore on its 19th day. With total India net collections at ₹21.03 crore against a massive ₹100 crore budget, the film has been officially declared a flop.

Virat Karrna and Nabha Natesh's Nagabandham - The Secret Treasure continues its painful journey at the Indian box office. On its 19th day of release, the film collected a paltry ₹0.70 crore net in India, marking yet another dismal day for the big-budget mythological fantasy.

The day-wise breakdown tells a story of complete collapse at the box office. After a decent first week of ₹15.35 crore, the film's second week collections totalled just ₹4.98 crore. The third week has been catastrophic, with collections falling to single-digit lakhs. The total India net collection for the film now stands at approximately ₹21.03 crore, with the India gross collection at ₹24.82 crore and worldwide gross at ₹26.26 crore. The film has recovered only 21.03% of its massive ₹100 crore budget, with a staggering deficit of ₹78.97 crore.

A Star-Studded Affair That Failed to Connect

The film's performance is particularly shocking given the pedigree of the team involved. Directed by Abhishek Nama, who also wrote the story and screenplay, the film boasted a talented ensemble cast including Virat Karrna, Nabha Natesh, Jagapathi Babu, Mahesh Manjrekar, Ishwarya Menon, Daksha Nagarkar, Murali Sharma, and Rishabh Sawhney. The technical crew was equally impressive, featuring cinematographer Soundar Rajan S, editor RC Pranav, and music composers Junaid Kumar - Abhe.

The film was produced on a reported budget of ₹100 crore by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy under the banners of NIK Studios and Abhishek Pictures. Despite the grand scale and visual spectacle, the film failed to connect with audiences, resulting in one of the biggest commercial disasters of the year.

With its theatrical run now effectively over, Nagabandham stands as a cautionary tale for big-budget filmmaking. The film's inability to engage audiences despite its star power and mythological premise has raised serious questions about the viability of high-budget films in the current market. The film has officially been declared a 'Flop' at the Indian box office, and its lifetime collection is expected to remain well below the ₹22 crore mark.
