Overview
Evil Dead Burn is a 2026 American supernatural horror film directed and co-written by Sébastien Vaniček and Florent Bernard, and produced by Rob Tapert and series creator Sam Raimi. Serving as a canonical sequel to Evil Dead Rise (2023) and the sixth overall installment in the Evil Dead film series, the film pushes the franchise into darker and more unsettling territory.
The plot centers around Alice (Souheila Yacoub), who, after the tragic loss of her husband, seeks solace with his family at their secluded estate. Her hopes for peace are shattered when a possessed individual from the previous film triggers a chain of events, unleashing demonic forces that transform her in-laws into Deadites one by one. The gathering quickly descends into a family reunion from hell, where the vows taken in life are brutally tested in death.
